Born in Sydney in 1960, Cressida studied at the East Sydney Technical College. She developed her own distinctive technique of woodblock carving, painting, and printing.
The subjects of her works range between domestic and industrial interiors through to the natural environment and still life. Whether looking inwards or out, her attention is always focused on expressing the unseen beauty in the everyday.
Cressida is represented in major public collections in Australia and internationally.
