Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched within two business days. If an item is unavailable, we’ll be in touch to let you know.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Australian Shipping Rates

  • $9.95 flat rate on orders under $125

  • Free standard shipping on orders between $125 and $250 (upgrade to Express Post for $3)

  • Free Express Post shipping on orders over $295

New Zealand Shipping Rates

  • $15 flat rate on orders under $200 AUD

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD

  • Express Post upgrade available for an additional $15 AUD

Other International Shipping Rates

  • Canada: $25 AUD flat rate

  • France: $30 AUD flat rate

  • Germany: $30 AUD flat rate

  • Singapore: $22 AUD flat rate

  • UK: $30 AUD flat rate

  • USA: $25 AUD flat rate

We currently do not ship to destinations outside those listed above.

Please note: International orders are exempt from refunds for items lost in transit, as we are unable to claim compensation on overseas shipments.
